Waymark

The Brief: Waymark is a pub and hotel group that have acquired multiple assets across regional Queensland. They pride themselves in their respect for local communities and and what each of their pubs bring to the region. The pubs are not only visited by locals, but also grey nomads who are looking for a quality meal. With the master brand, we’re also targeting pub owners and so there’s a need to convey professionalism, quality and genuity without being intimidating. 

The Solution: The concept for this visual identity focuses on journeys and is inspired by maps – it’s about creating a sense of pride in one’s location.
